About the Role

Iconic Edge LLP is a leading personal branding company working with entrepreneurs and business owners. This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end video production from assembling raw footage to editing content for social media, personal brand campaigns, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Add motion graphics and visual elements.
• Apply color grading and basic sound enhancement.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Stay current with video trends, formats, and best practices across major digital platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Video Editing and Video Production skills.
• Proficiency with common editing software.
• Video Color Grading skills.
• Motion Graphics and Graphics skills.
• Understanding of digital and social media platforms, content formats, and best practices for personal branding video content.
• Strong storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Video Editor in marketing, content creation, or agency environments is preferred.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
