This is a hands-on production role focused on the accurate and efficient creation of Showpad pages, including laying out graphics, formatting copy, uploading and tagging assets, and assembling clean, on-brand, easy-to-navigate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Page Creation & Layout (Primary Activity): Build and style Showpad pages, arranging graphics, images, text, and links into clean, consistent, on-brand layouts. This is the core, high-volume function of the role.
- Content Entry & Assembly: Upload, place, and organize content assets (PDFs, decks, videos, images) into pages and experiences accurately and at pace, including frequent copy-paste and formatting work.
- Graphics & Visual Formatting: Place, crop, resize, and align graphics and thumbnails; apply basic image edits to ensure pages are professional and adhere to Presidio brand standards.
- Tagging & Organization: Apply the established tagging/metadata taxonomy for correct content categorization and easy retrieval; maintain tidy and logical folder structures and page navigation.
- Navigation & Experience Structure: Assemble and update page navigation, sections, and experiences for intuitive content access for sales and technical staff.
- Quality & Consistency: Proofread and QA pages before publishing, checking links, formatting, spelling, image quality, and brand consistency.
- Content Maintenance: Keep pages current by swapping outdated assets, fixing broken links, archiving retired material, and promptly actioning update requests.
- Turnaround & Volume: Manage a steady queue of production requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver a high volume of pages on schedule.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with enablement, marketing, and content owners to understand requests, ask clarifying questions, and confirm final output meets expectations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrable production efficiency: Proven ability to produce digital pages, layouts, or content at volume with speed and accuracy.
- Strong visual and layout sense: A good eye for spacing, alignment, image placement, and clean, professional-looking pages.
- Comfort with content platforms and tools: Ease working in web-based content platforms, CMS, DAM, or presentation tools.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous about formatting, brand consistency, spelling, and link accuracy.
- Comfort with repetitive, high-volume work: Able to stay accurate and efficient across frequent copy-paste, upload, and formatting tasks.
- Basic graphics ability: Comfortable cropping, resizing, and lightly editing images (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud basics).
- Organization and follow-through: Able to manage a request queue, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Personable and collaborative: Clear communicator who works well with content owners and stakeholders.
- Fast learner: Gets up to speed quickly on new platforms and processes and applies feedback rapidly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Showpad experience (Content, Experiences, Pages) or experience with a comparable enablement platform such as Highspot or Seismic.
- Showpad Professional certification (Content Administrator) or willingness to earn it.
- Experience with digital asset management and content tagging/taxonomy.
- Familiarity with brand guideline application across templated content.
- Basic graphic design or production design background.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or enablement teams.
- A college degree is preferred but not required. Demonstrable efficiency and quality in producing Showpad (or comparable) pages are prioritized over formal credentials. Relevant experience, a strong work sample portfolio, and speed-to-proficiency carry the most weight.
