About the Role

Triumphsys System & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering data-centric solutions and services. This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Prepare datasets and ensure data quality for reporting and analysis.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analyses.
• Build reports and dashboards.
• Create data models to support business decisions.
• Interpret trends, prepare clear summaries and visualizations.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a concise, accessible manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Competence in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods, for data interpretation and decision support.
• Ability to design and work with data modeling concepts to structure data for reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Clear and effective communication skills to present findings, explain methodologies, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with data analysis tools or languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
