About the Role
A Founding Engineer opportunity at a fast-moving, venture-backed startup redefining how businesses reach their customers. This role offers genuine ownership over product development from day one.
The Role
- Take the lead on zero-to-one product development, currently driven by the founder.
- Focus on building new products rather than maintaining existing ones.
- Current projects include:
- A global chat experience
- A dialer
- MCP integration
- Next phase of work centers on:
- Richer agentic experiences
- A context graph for conversational user interaction
- Deep integration with tools such as Claude and Codex
- This is a completely full-stack position.
- Report directly to the CEO in a flat, fast-moving team.
The Company
- Early-stage San Francisco based startup operating in the sales and outreach space.
- Tackles a real and growing problem by consolidating data and context from disconnected tools into a single platform, enabling highly personalized outreach at scale.
- At an early but exciting stage, actively onboarding customers and growing quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead zero-to-one product development.
- Build new products.
- Develop global chat experiences, dialers, and MCP integrations.
- Implement richer agentic experiences.
- Create a context graph for conversational user interaction.
- Integrate with tools such as Claude and Codex.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Solid software engineering fundamentals across the full stack.
- Python
- TypeScript
- React
- Exposure to a startup or fast-paced environment is helpful.
- Ability to move quickly, learn on the job, and take real ownership.
Qualifications
- A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related technical field from a leading undergraduate program.
- A product-oriented mindset: thinks about what to build and why, operates with a high degree of independence and initiative.
- No single technology is a hard requirement.
