System Repair Technician

About the Role

Strata-G Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled System Repair Technician to support Javelin electrical assembly, testing, and repair operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. This fully on-site position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment.
• Interpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Document repairs and test results.
• Support quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Work in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practices.
• Escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar defects or failures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-4 years of electronics assembly or repair experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic understanding of Javelin parts and capabilities preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and follow controlled processes.
• Basic understanding of ESD controls and safe handling practices.
• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to lift 25-40 lbs. as required.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
