About the Role

The Ex Cabin Crew role at TNC Aviation is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role leverages prior cabin crew experience to support training programs, mentor aspiring aviation professionals, and assist in developing customer service and safety modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions or workshops.
• Share practical insights on in-flight procedures.
• Guide trainees on professional conduct and communication standards.
• Collaborate with instructors.
• Provide feedback on training materials.
• Help maintain a high standard of service and safety within the institute.
• Contribute to creating a professional, supportive learning environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flight attendant and aviation experience.
• Solid understanding of airline operations and in-flight procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with trainees and colleagues.
• Familiarity with aircraft environments and safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism.
• Ability to mentor and guide aspiring aviation professionals.
• Previous experience as cabin crew with a commercial airline is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
• Ability to collaborate in a structured training environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Comfort with preparing or reviewing training materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• Formal aviation or hospitality training and certification are preferred but not mandatory.
