About the Role
Noventiq is hiring an Associate Cloud Engineer for its operations in Noida, India. This role focuses on Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and L1 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations and provide L1 support for Azure IaaS services.
- Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and capacity, and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents.
- Support Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Support the configuration and deployment of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Follow Azure security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and L1 support.
- Basic knowledge of Azure IaaS services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, and Load Balancers.
- Understanding of Azure networking concepts, including subnets, routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Familiarity with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, resource monitoring, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
Qualifications
- Good troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
