Junior Creative Associate

About the Role

The Jr. Creative Associate will support day-to-day client requirements related to Reddit, Online Reputation Management (ORM), AEO/GEO, and Community Growth. This role is a full-time, in-person position at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the internal team.
• Support client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ORM.
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing brands' reputation.
• Manage, track, and monitor brand mentions and sentiment.
• Bring your own functioning device for this role.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of Reddit is crucial.
• Experience or understanding of online reputation monitoring, crisis management, and brand positioning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
