About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Intern who is passionate about the food industry and restaurant operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to restaurant consulting, menu research, customer experience, and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct menu research and assist with product development and optimisation.
• Evaluate customer experience across partner restaurants and delivery platforms.
• Collect, organise, and analyse operational data and customer feedback.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with client teams and support ongoing consulting projects.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry and restaurant operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, documentation, and presentations.
