About the Role
BUILTWELL SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a Junior Architect/Architect/Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal. This position involves assisting in architectural concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting detailed design documentation under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of architectural concepts.
- Preparing drawings and 3D models.
- Supporting detailed design documentation.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to project planning.
- Ensuring designs align with functional requirements and quality standards.
- Assisting with site visits.
- Data collection.
- Design revisions.
- Supporting integration of MEP and other services into architectural plans.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of drawings.
- Skills related to Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination, and documentation support.
- Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, workflows, or system coordination within projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD/BIM tools) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred.
- Interns should be enrolled in or have recently completed an architecture program.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to project deadlines and client requirements.
