Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
- Maintain prospect databases and update CRM records.
- Support digital marketing, promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign outcomes and recommend improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
