How to use it
- Choose the job title closest to the one you're applying for.
- Read the example: how the sections are ordered and how each bullet pairs a verb, a task and a result.
- Check the skills list from this week's job posts and add the ones you truly have.
- Open the example in the free builder, replace the sample details with yours, and download the PDF.
How to use a resume example
Copy the structure, not the words. The people, schools and employers in these examples are made up, and the numbers only show where a result belongs. Replace everything with your own true details. Keep the habits that make them work: one page, one column, a verb to start each bullet, and a number to end it.
Where the skills lists come from
On each role page, the skills list is counted from entry-level job posts for that role that we collected in the last seven days. The percentage is the share of those posts that mention the skill in the title or description. It changes as new jobs are posted.
