We may automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Application, including:

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• IP address and network connection state
• In-app activity (e.g., jobs viewed, searches performed, and jobs bookmarked)
• Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver job alerts

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information collected via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account and authentication sessions.
• Provide a personalized job discovery feed tailored to your skills and preferences.
• Enable referral connection tools and help you draft outreach messages.
• Synchronize your saved/bookmarked jobs across devices.
• Send you relevant notifications and updates regarding new job postings.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve app functionality and user experience.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our Application and perform service-related operations:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging): Used for secure authentication, real-time database storage, backend cloud compute, and push notifications.
• Google Sign-In: Used for easy, secure authentication using your existing Google account.
• Payment partners: When you buy a paid plan, your payment is processed by our payment partners. We receive only the payment status, amount, plan and a transaction reference; we never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

These third parties may have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. All communications between the Application and our backend servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols.

While we take reasonable steps to secure your personal data, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal records from our active databases, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Our Application is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.
