Business Operations Intern

About the Role

Jungle Technology is seeking a proactive and organised Business Operations Intern to support day-to-day business activities, research, and internal coordination. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the team, understand how a technology startup operates, and contribute to business growth through research, analysis, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise, manage, and analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft data analytics tools to prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends, business opportunities, and market developments.
• Support day-to-day business operations, track key metrics, maintain records, and help streamline internal processes.
• Maintain accurate databases, validate data, and assist with data management and reporting to support business decisions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualisation and reporting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards, data visualisation, or business reporting.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and database management.
• Exposure to market research, business operations, or business performance analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, data analysis, and productivity.

This is a 3-month internship with 2 openings.
