Account Manager Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients, campaigns, and services.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Work closely with the management team to improve customer experience and campaign results.
• Meet with clients and customers in person on a daily basis.
• Develop skills necessary for future leadership and management opportunities.
