Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for U.S. real estate investments, including fix-and-flip and ground-up development projects.
• Calculate and analyze key investment metrics, including IRR, DSCR, ROI, and project cash flows.
• Conduct research on U.S. real estate markets, investment opportunities, property trends, and financing options.
• Prepare financial analyses, investment summaries, and research reports to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate with financiers, lenders, investors, and relevant stakeholders to support project financing and investment activities.
• Assist senior analysts with feasibility studies, financial reporting, and investment documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Fresher with a strong interest in finance, U.S. real estate, and investment analysis.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined and comfortable working in a remote setup.
• Willing to learn and follow structured processes.
• Able to manage split working hours responsibly.

Requirements (Fresher Only)

• Recent graduates in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Management or related fields.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and stock markets.
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, formatting).
• Good written communication skills.
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–1 PM & 8 PM–12 AM.
• Laptop and stable internet connection required.

Preferred

• Finance-related internship, certification, or coursework.
• Basic exposure to financial modeling, real estate finance, investment analysis, or financial research.
• Interest in U.S. real estate markets, property investments, and real estate financing.
• Familiarity with financial metrics such as IRR, DSCR, ROI, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong interest in developing research reports and evaluating real estate investment opportunities.
