IT Technician

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site IT Technician role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across offices and retail locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure workstations and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Ensure systems are updated and secure.
• Respond to support tickets.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors.
• Assist in basic user training on IT tools.
• Support roll-outs of new systems and applications.
• Contribute to maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Information Technology foundation, including familiarity with operating systems, networks, and common business applications.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience in technical support, including handling support tickets and incident documentation.
• Customer service and training abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Relevant certification or diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or similar credentials) preferred.
• Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments is a plus.
