About the Role

TradeIntel AI is seeking a proactive Meta Ads Intern to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The primary goals are to attract genuine users to www.tradeintelai.in, increase platform registrations, and convert relevant users into paid subscribers. Success is measured by acquiring the right audience and generating real business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Understand TradeIntel AI's products, target audience, subscription plans, and business objectives.
• Develop effective ad strategies, audience targeting, ad creatives, primary text, headlines, and calls to action.
• Focus on acquiring genuine users for platform registration and purchasing subscription plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, cost per registration, cost per paying subscriber, and return on ad spend.
• Test different audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign objectives to improve conversions.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion events, and tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and recommend actionable improvements based on results.
• Share regular performance reports covering spend, registrations, paid subscriptions, and campaign insights.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads policies and ensure campaign compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and a practical approach to solving marketing problems.
• Willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and work toward measurable business goals.
• Prior experience managing ad campaigns or a portfolio of campaigns is preferred.

Stipend and Performance Incentive

• Fixed stipend: ₹4,000 per month.
• Additional incentive: Up to ₹1,000 per month based on predefined performance criteria.
• Performance evaluation is based on campaign management, quality of acquired users, verified registrations, and genuine paid subscriptions, not solely impressions, clicks, or leads.
