About the Role
Crossing Infotech is hiring a UI/UX Design Intern for a full-time remote internship in India.
- Duration: 1 to 3 months
- Stipend: INR 15,000 to INR 16,500 per month
- Work Mode: Remote
- Location: India
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for websites and mobile apps using Figma.
- Design clean, user-friendly and responsive interfaces that follow current design standards.
- Conduct basic user research, surveys and usability testing and summarize the findings.
- Create user flows, user personas and journey maps to improve the user experience.
- Build and maintain design systems, color palettes, typography and reusable components.
- Work with developers to hand off designs and ensure the final product matches the design.
- Improve existing screens based on feedback and testing results.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Figma or any similar design tool (Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, color and typography.
- Understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility basics.
- Portfolio on Behance, Dribbble or Figma with sample projects.
Qualifications
- Students and recent graduates in B.Des, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, BFA or any related field.
- Freshers interested in building a career in UI/UX design.
- Candidates with a laptop or computer, a stable internet connection and a basic design portfolio.
