About the Role
LSC - LifeSciences Consultants is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and identifying top-notch professionals to align with company culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks) to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Recruitment Metrics And Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Qualifications
