Product Designer (0-2 years)

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer who can turn product and business requirements into clear, intuitive, and polished digital experiences using AI tools. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to take ideas from early concepts through to production, balancing user needs, visual quality, technical constraints, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Thinking

• Design intuitive, polished interfaces for mobile, web, and desktop products, from early concepts through final UI.
• Translate product and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions, considering both user needs and technical context.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate ideas.

Collaborate & Iterate

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure solutions are desirable and technically feasible.
• Work with engineers during implementation, providing clear specifications, assets, and interaction details.
• Use user feedback, product data, and usability testing to validate ideas and continuously improve the experience.

Build & Maintain Design Systems

• Build and maintain scalable UI patterns and components, contributing to a consistent design system across products.
• Design for different screen sizes, platforms, and states, considering responsive behavior, edge cases, and accessibility.

Communicate & Innovate

• Present your work clearly, explain design decisions, and remain open to feedback and iteration.
• Use AI as a design collaborator across ideation, exploration, prototyping, and refinement.
• Experiment with agentic design workflows to automate repetitive tasks, explore design directions, generate prototypes, and accelerate implementation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Experience

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, balancing multiple inputs and iterating quickly.
• Comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, and other Design team members.

AI & Emerging Workflows

• Hands-on curiosity with AI-powered design tools and how they can augment the design process.
• Explore AI across ideation, research, prototyping, and iteration to work faster and improve design quality.
• Interest in agentic workflows and AI-native design, using AI systems to generate, test, and iterate experiences while applying strong design judgment and craft.

Design & Technical Skills

• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear user flows and simple, effective experiences.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with AI tools and in Figma or similar tools.
• Understanding of design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
• Good understanding of how digital products are built, including platform constraints and working with developers.
• Strong attention to detail across states, transitions, spacing, and microinteractions.
