Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for internal teams, troubleshooting issues across Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Assist in regular patch management processes.
- Manage VPN configurations for secure remote access.
- Handle user account creation, permissions, and access revocation across internal tools and systems.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Monitor and manage anti-virus solutions.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN) and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of data privacy, anti-virus management, and access control principles.
- Willingness to learn about patch management tools, DLP solutions, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
