Founder’s Office Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate with 0–2 years of experience who is excited about AI, new products, and building from zero. You will work directly with the founders on strategy, research, and new product experiments, using AI tools to move faster than a traditional team could.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on priority projects, new initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
• Research markets, competitors, and customer segments to identify new product opportunities.
• Build and test MVPs and prototypes using AI tools, no-code platforms, and simple scripts.
• Design and run AI-powered workflows and automations that improve internal operations, sales, and marketing.
• Use LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering to speed up research, content, analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze data, track key metrics, and prepare dashboards, reports, and decks for founders and stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market experiments, including outreach, content, pilots, and customer conversations.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and sales to keep projects moving.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and good prompting instincts.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data analysis, and presentations.
• Ability to learn new tools and domains quickly and work independently.
• High ownership, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Good to Have: Experience with no-code or automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Good to Have: Basic Python or JavaScript for scripting and quick prototypes.
• Good to Have: Prior experience in a startup, consulting, product, or operations role, including internships.
• Good to Have: Experience building AI side projects, chatbots, or automations.
• Good to Have: Exposure to sales, marketing, or growth experiments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Economics backgrounds are common.
• Fresh graduates with strong projects, internships, or entrepreneurial experience are encouraged to apply.
• A generalist mindset and willingness to take on whatever the business needs.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work closely with founders.
• A builder mindset and enthusiasm for turning ideas into working products.
