About the Role
A Trainee would be trained on market insights, business use cases HERE is serving, proprietary software, tools, and basic navigation attributes to HERE digital map database. This role requires learning specific instructions, procedures, and defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Skill development on proprietary tools and limited functions.
- Work with proprietary tools, using source material to apply basic navigation attributes including but not limited to:
- Names
- Addresses
- Speed categories
- Functional class entry of roadways
- Intersection coding
- Restricted driving maneuvers
- Administrative and postal coding
- Various other basic attribute coding
- Maintain compliance with database specifications, ensuring quality criteria is met along with baseline speed and project requirements.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure maps created are stable and correct and are in agreement with regional map standards.
- Ensure compliance to defined organizational processes with respect to work completion, reporting, time tracking, and leaves.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of office software applications.
- Basic analytical, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) completed in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Masters degrees in any field are not eligible.
- Must not have more than 2 years of work experience.
- Must have completed B.E./B.Tech.
- Must be located in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
- Candidates residing on the Western line are not eligible.

- Mode: Work from Office only (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
