Key Responsibilities
- Receives incoming requests from customers and/or vendors.
- Executes orders.
- Provides quotes.
- Checks shipment status.
- Analyzes customer needs and provides solutions.
- Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations.
- Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.
- Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
- Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
- May act as a team lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.
