Job Title: Customer Support Representative
About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for a Voice-Heavy Blended Customer Support Process involving inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling voice interactions, as calling responsibilities form the major part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and employee queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide additional support through chat and email channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and service quality standards.

Job Details

- Cab Facility: Up to 30 KM
- CTC: 25,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 18,000 per month
