About the Role
JKzee is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented MBA freshers to join our Customer Support team in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with their concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain support records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
