About the Role
A passionate Graduate / Junior Mechanical Engineer is sought, enthusiastic about mechanical design, innovation, and real-world engineering challenges. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to concept-to-prototype development, testing, and production of mechanical systems and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mechanical design from concept development through prototyping and testing.
- Create 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Assist in basic FEA, stress, thermal, and motion simulations.
- Participate in prototype building, testing, and design improvements.
- Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming, and technical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SolidWorks knowledge; CSWA / CSWP certification preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD, FEA, CFD, and prototyping methods such as 3D printing and machining.
- Knowledge of tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, and Python will be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Hands-on experience through Baja SAE, Formula SAE, robotics projects, capstone projects, internships, or relevant industry experience.
