About The Concord Group

The Concord Group (TCG) is a national real estate advisory firm founded in 1995. We advise leading developers, investors, institutions, and public agencies on market opportunity, development strategy, product positioning, pricing, and feasibility. Our offices are located in Newport Beach, Atlanta, New York, and Portland.

About the Role

We are building the next generation of TCG Consultants. We seek exceptional upcoming and recent college graduates with a record of academic achievement, initiative, and intellectual curiosity. Consultants at TCG ask the right questions, determine what matters, exercise judgment, and communicate a clear point of view. We utilize proprietary tools, new data capabilities, and AI to streamline research, allowing teams more time to interpret information, solve problems, and advise clients.

This role offers early exposure to developers, investors, and other real estate decision-makers, working in small teams alongside senior TCG professionals. Your analysis will help shape real projects, influencing decisions on what to build, who to serve, how to position projects, and market support. Assignments span markets nationally and include property types such as multifamily housing, mixed-use development, for-sale residential, retail, hospitality, and master-planned communities. You will build a broad perspective on how developers and investors make decisions and see how your recommendations inform those decisions. Working closely with experienced advisors provides direct exposure to how they frame problems, test assumptions, and communicate with clients in uncertain situations. For ambitious graduates, TCG offers meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop an analytical voice early in your career.
