- Working Days: 6 days of working with 1 rotational week-off.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Monitoring Ability: Ability to monitor many small cues simultaneously.
- Impartiality: Ability to remain impartial and calm under pressure.
- Flexibility: Flexible to work in night shifts.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, preferably Versant 4.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge about customer service, Proctor, and BPO.
Salary
- CTC: 22,000 - 25,000.
