About the Role
This is a summer internship opportunity for an Engineering (Embedded) student at EquipmentShare's Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2027 summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in development of embedded hardware and firmware.
- Create automated tests to verify firmware meets requirements.
- Assist in development of various automated software and tools for supporting various groups in the company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be actively working towards a BS degree (or seeking) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
- Attention to detail / organization skills.
- Self Motivated.
- Able to install nuts/bolts using mechanical hand tools / power tools.
- Has available/reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Creo preferred.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
