Key Responsibilities

• Managing export and import documentation.

• Ensuring compliance with EXIM policies and relevant statutory requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents.
• Liaising with clients, customs agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Tracking shipments to ensure timely execution.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring changes in trade policies.
• Supporting audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide reliable compliance and advisory support.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of EXIM procedures, DGFT services, and international trade documentation.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, export/import policies, and government portals related to trade and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with clients, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze policy updates, interpret regulatory guidelines, and apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and comfort working with tech-enabled or AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in commerce, business, international trade, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in EXIM or logistics are an advantage.
• Prior experience in export-import operations, trade compliance, or logistics will be considered beneficial.
