About the Role
The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity. This role involves collaborating closely with research and advisory teams to provide healthcare domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and interpreting medical and healthcare data.
- Contributing to clinical and market-focused analyses.
- Supporting the development of reports and recommendations for clients in the healthcare sector.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify medical concepts.
- Ensuring accuracy of healthcare-related content.
- Providing guidance on best practices in patient care and emergency response.
- Participating in training initiatives.
- Supporting healthcare-focused projects.
- Helping to align research outputs with current industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong healthcare and medicine knowledge, with experience applying medical concepts in practical or analytical settings.
- EMT and emergency care skills, including familiarity with protocols for urgent medical situations.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Training and coaching abilities to support knowledge transfer, workshops, and healthcare-focused learning sessions.
- Relevant academic background in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Licensure or certification in a healthcare discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret clinical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and medical literature.
- Prior experience in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or healthcare analytics is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Mumbai.
