Junior MIS Analyst

About the Role

The Junior MIS Analyst will support the design, development, and maintenance of Management Information Systems and dashboards that help PInterview monitor operations and performance. In this full-time remote role, the analyst will collect and validate data from multiple sources, generate recurring and ad hoc reports, and ensure data accuracy and consistency for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with systems analysis.
• Update and improve existing dashboards.
• Document processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
• Identify trends, highlight key insights, and suggest improvements in data collection and reporting workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in basic data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience with Dashboards and Systems Analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant internships or project experience are a plus.
