Transactional Advisory Strategist

About the Role

The Transactional Advisory Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position focuses on supporting and structuring transactions related to the firm’s projects, including financial and commercial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and feasibility studies
• Preparing business cases and financial models
• Drafting transaction documents
• Coordinating with legal, financial, and technical teams
• Collaborating closely with internal project leaders and external partners to align project objectives with investment and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring transaction performance
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management
• Contributing to long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives

• Knowledge of contracts, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment relevant to urban development, construction, or engineering projects.

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction advisory, project finance, investment analysis, or consulting in infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors.
• Prior experience with healthcare, hospitality, transportation, or complex engineering projects is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and finance teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, PMP) are an advantage.
