About the Role

OTO Development is seeking a Bus Help.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables in between guests.
• Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash.
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained.
• Support the servers in their daily tasks.
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements: Little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
