Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provide accurate order entry, change order, and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and proactively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provide order management support for sales, including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Manage order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability.
• Utilize SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
• Manage the Export process system from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Manage simple and complex contracts under order booking and management.

Qualifications

• B.Com/BBA/BBM/BCA/B.Sc graduates from Batch 2025 & 2026.
• Excludes MBA/M.Com/BE/B.Tech/MCA degrees.
• 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3 qualification is mandatory).
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent website research & navigation skills.
• Good in reading/understanding/interpretation of content.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable working in night shifts (Rotational).
• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
• Good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English.
• Able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
• Effective probing & analyzing skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
• No long leave planned for at least the next year.
• Work will be from office only (No WFH).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
