About the Role

Join PwC Acceleration Center India to support outsourced finance processes for international clients. As a Managed Services Associate, you will focus on learning, adaptability, and reliable contribution, building commercial awareness, and developing skills to meet varied client needs and team priorities. This role is based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing outsourced finance processes for international clients, including transaction review, data enrichment, and data processing.
• Reviewing financial records and supporting documents to validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Applying quality control procedures to identify exceptions, track issues, and support corrective actions.
• Monitoring client service requests and resolving routine queries within established service levels.
• Documenting process steps, case details, and workflow updates.
• Using financial systems and digital tools to enter, organize, and update client data.
• Following professional standards, Firm guidance, and confidentiality requirements while handling client information.
• Gathering information from multiple sources to support basic analysis, pattern recognition, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Ability to apply process discipline.
