About the Role
We are looking for candidates for a full-fledged voice process involving inbound and outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Involved in inbound and outbound calling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- International BPO voice process experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills are required; candidates with average communication skills will not be entertained.
- Valid PAN Number (Mandatory for processing candidature and initiating a screening call).
Qualifications
- Freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Domain preference: Property and Casualty insurance.
- Alternatively, if there is a shortage of profiles, candidates from: Banking, Healthcare, Finance, Customer Support, and Travel domains may be considered.
