Global Supply Partnerships Intern

About the Role

You'll join our Global Supply team and help keep our partner ecosystem running smoothly. The work is real, and it shows up in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the partner ecosystem: Get to know our partners, their capabilities, their ecosystem, and how they integrate with Joveo's programmatic engine.
• Assist with partner launches: Support the onboarding of new partners, including contract management, account setup, and execution of the launch checklist.
• Conduct performance analysis: Investigate performance data and identify anomalies or potential risks.
• Manage partner communications: Track partner queries and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with Product, Client Success, Finance, and Legal to facilitate partner workflows.
• Translate data into insights: Convert data into actionable summaries for team decision-making.
• Support AI experiments: Explore the application of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and investigate new ideas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Genuine curiosity about partnership channels, client management, or business development.
• Ability to engage with people and build trust quickly.
• Aptitude for analyzing data and deriving simple, useful takeaways.
• Proactive in taking ownership, following through on tasks, and asking insightful questions.
• Prior internship experience in a similar area is a plus, but not required.
