About the Role
CommCap Advisors is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Origination Analyst for a full-time, in-office position in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. This role offers direct mentoring, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.
Position Expectations and Outcomes for First Year
- Months 1-3 (Recognizing new role):
- Transpose provided rent roll and operating statements into underwriting models.
- Compile and package collateral material (maps, aerials, photos, market data).
- Coordinate site inspection dates with all parties.
- Months 3-9 (Pursuing aligned goals):
- Normalize cashflows, develop underwriting models, and assist with loan packaging.
- Review leases and prepare first draft of tenant documents.
- Assign roles and responsibilities based upon checklist.
- Months 9-12 (Owning it):
- Develop underwriting scenarios and loan submissions.
- Review third-party reports for approval.
- Manage review and approval process for all checklist items.

- Serve a vital role in the debt process with exposure to all facets of commercial real estate.
- Build a successful career in commercial real estate finance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Some Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
