About the Role
Full-Time, On-Site Operations Engineer at Saltech Design Labs, located in Zak GIDC, Vahelal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day technical and operational activities across manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
- Understand and follow technical processes, equipment requirements, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution of assigned operational activities.
- Assist in identifying operational issues and support troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Monitor assigned activities and ensure work is completed with accuracy, discipline, and ownership.
- Support the team in maintaining an efficient and safe shop-floor working environment.
- Develop a practical understanding of manufacturing processes and continuously learn and improve technical capabilities.
- Take responsibility for assigned work and execute tasks with increasing independence.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)
- Work Schedule: 6 working days per week
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Sound understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic technical understanding of manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to understand technical processes, equipment, and operational requirements.
Selection Process
The selection process will comprise three stages:
- HR Round
- Practical/Technical
- Final
Based on interview performance, a training or probation period may be applicable.
