Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess Server role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations or waiting lists, and guide guests to their tables.
• Ensure a smooth and friendly seating experience.
• Present menus, take and relay orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and hosting areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Uphold company standards for hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication skills: To interact clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
• Customer Service skills: To provide attentive, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
• Teamwork skills: To collaborate effectively with hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical aptitude.
• Familiarity with C++ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong time management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Training will be provided to qualified candidates with a customer-focused mindset.
