About the Role
- Visit customers’ homes to solve problems and introduce them to smart home tech.
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
- Educate customers on how to use their technology and offer additional services.
- Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver’s License (required for driving a company vehicle).
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed, with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Physical Ability:
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
- Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
- Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
- Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
Qualifications
- Paid Training provided, including:

- Smart home tech knowledge to support and educate customers.

- Compensation: $22.50/Hour
