About the Role
The Field Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The person in this role oversees a team of field sales and gig workers, ensuring that daily customer acquisition and outreach targets are met in line with company standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Smartphones, messaging apps, and simple digital tools for reporting and coordination
Qualifications
- Field operations and team supervision skills, including experience managing on-ground sales or gig workforce teams
- Ability to plan and monitor daily field activities, set targets, and track performance using basic reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, management, and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle field challenges and resolve issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of financial products, consumer services, or customer acquisition processes is an advantage
- Previous experience in field sales, operations, or supervision, preferably in financial services or related sectors
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
