Operations Analyst

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing requests, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer support.
• Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.
• Review data entry performed by other analysts, provide data management, and perform funding validations.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements.
• Represent team in cross-team initiatives, supporting requirements gathering through project launch.
• Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs.
