About the Role

• Graduates will join the Data and Analytics Division at LSEG.
• This is a permanent, full-time role.
• The programme aims to build foundational skills for a career in global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress through a 12-month development journey focused on building foundational skills.
• Build foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets, and the business.
• Participate in divisional-led inductions.
• Engage in group projects aligned with LSEG goals.
• Attend an offsite event focused on skills and knowledge areas.
• Explore opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications.
• Connect with the global early careers community.
• Contribute to wider society via CSR initiatives and volunteering.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have completed studies in 2026, or be a final-year undergraduate or Master's student who will complete all course requirements before summer 2027.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets, developed through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Curiosity for data and the ability to analyse information, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.
• Customer-centric and product-led mindset.
• Ability to connect the dots and think strategically.
• Focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate using strong communication skills.
• Ideal candidates will have the right to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and join on a permanent basis.

Recruitment Process

• Stage 1: Application and resume submission.
• Stage 2: Untimed Immersive Online Assessment.
• Stage 3: Video interview (strength-based style).
• Stage 4: Half-day assessment centre (various exercises).
• All assessment centres are held virtually.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated Base Salary: $62,800 - $104,600
• Eligible for Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/“bonus plan”).
