Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English language training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Improve learners’ spoken English, fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Teach grammar, sentence formation, reading, writing, and listening skills.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and interactive learning activities.
• Conduct assessments, mock conversations, role-plays, and presentations.
• Help learners improve confidence and overcome hesitation while speaking English.
• Monitor learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
• Use engaging teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Achieve training objectives and support learners in meeting their communication goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and language-teaching techniques.
• Ability to manage classroom activities and engage learners effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as an English Trainer, Spoken English Faculty, or Communication Skills Trainer.
• Experience teaching beginners and intermediate-level learners.
• Knowledge of interactive teaching methods and learner assessment techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong classroom management, time management, and organizational skills.
