About the Role
TKP Engineering Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time remote Rebar and AutoCAD Trainer. This role is responsible for delivering structured training on rebar detailing, AutoCAD usage, and related engineering drafting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing training curricula.
- Preparing instructional materials.
- Conducting live online training sessions for learners at various skill levels.
- Demonstrating workflows and techniques in AutoCAD.
- Explaining rebar standards and detailing methods.
- Providing practical exercises and feedback.
- Assessing learner progress.
- Updating training content to align with current industry standards and company practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure training supports project needs.
- Maintaining clear documentation.
- Responding to learner questions.
- Using digital tools to track participation and performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing.
- Experience developing training materials, curricula, or structured learning paths for engineering, drafting, or construction-related topics.
- Ability to deliver remote training sessions using online meeting platforms, learning management systems, or similar digital tools.
- Effective communication skills, including clear technical writing, presentation skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant industry experience in civil or structural engineering, detailing, or construction, ideally with exposure to reinforced concrete design practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple learners, sessions, and documentation in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, drafting, construction technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
