About the Role
As a Next.js Intern at PPStack, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and learning platforms using Next.js and related front-end technologies. You will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to implement user interfaces, optimize performance, integrate APIs, and ensure responsive, accessible experiences. You will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, write clean and modular code, and contribute to documentation. This is a full-time remote role.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), and modern ES6+ concepts.
- Experience or coursework in React.js and Next.js, including routing, server-side rendering, and API routes.
- HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Material UI).
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of front-end applications with back-end services.
- Git and version control workflows.
- Debugging, testing, and optimizing front-end performance and user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote, cross-functional team.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or recognized program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp experience.
- Interest in EdTech, AI-driven solutions, and building user-centric digital products is a plus.
